These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CryBaby mobile application and the getcrybaby.com website (collectively, the "Service") operated by CryBaby App ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using CryBaby, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

CryBaby is an anti-theft security application that may trigger a loud alarm when unauthorized unlock attempts are detected on a device. Features vary by platform and version.

3. Eligibility & Authorized Use

You must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Use CryBaby only on devices you own or are legally authorized to monitor and protect
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You may not use CryBaby to harass individuals or violate applicable law.

4. Permissions & Device Access

CryBaby requires certain device permissions (such as notifications and device administrator access on Android) to provide its security features. You are responsible for granting and managing these permissions. Disabling permissions may limit functionality.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring use of alarms complies with laws in your area
• Securing your device and keeping your unlock credentials confidential
• Any consequences of false alarms or loud alerts in public or restricted environments

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that CryBaby will prevent theft or recover your device in every situation. Device limitations and user settings may affect performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if the Service was provided free of charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with CryBaby are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal security purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Redistribute or resell the app without written permission

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using CryBaby at any time by uninstalling the application.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where CryBaby App is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
